    01. Tier-1 Component Sourcing (IQC)

    We don’t cut corners. From Intel® processors to industrial-grade capacitors, we only source original components from world-class suppliers. Every batch of raw materials is rigorously inspected before entering our dust-free assembly line.

    02. Precision In-Process Monitoring (IPQC)

    During assembly, our technicians perform real-time checks on soldering integrity, thermal paste application, and internal cable management. Every detail—hidden or visible—is crafted to perfection.

    03. The 72-Hour "Stress & Stability" Marathon (FQC)

    Every single device undergoes a mandatory 72-hour continuous full-load aging test. We push the CPU, memory, and networking chips to their thermal limits to ensure they remain rock-solid under the most demanding real-world conditions.

    04. Final Zero-Defect Functionality Check (OQC)

    Before boxing, we conduct a 100% manual inspection of every interface:

    • Network Integrity: Testing every LAN and SFP+ port for zero packet loss.
    • I/O Reliability: Verifying all USB, HDMI, and COM ports.
    • Thermal Efficiency: Ensuring the fanless cooling system dissipates heat as designed.
    Specialized Testing for Network Security

    For our Firewall & Soft Router users, we implement additional network stress tests. We simulate high-bandwidth traffic environments to guarantee that your network stays online, secure, and fast—24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
